Keith Hover retires after 25 years in the role
Wisbech, Monday, 4 February 2019 – Anglia today announced that it has appointed Malcolm Fry as Company Secretary, replacing Keith Hover who occupied the role for 25 years and retires in April.
Commenting, Steve Rawlins, CEO of Anglia, said, “Keith Hover has played an exceptional role in Anglia’s development, building the financial platform which has supported our growth over a very long period. We wish him well in his retirement and are excited to welcome Malcolm as his replacement. Malcolm has been a key member of the Anglia financial management team for many years, and has worked particularly closely with Keith during this time. I have every confidence in his ability to support Anglia and its team in the next phase of its growth.”
Malcolm will also join Anglia’s Board of Directors; Anglia will name a new Company Accountant in due course.
Malcolm is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and joined Anglia in 1995 as Company Accountant. After starting his accountancy career in 1982 working with a firm of accountants in private practice, he subsequently gained experience working as Finance Manager for Crosskeys Homes, Assistant Finance Director for Freebridge Community Housing and as Chief Accountant for North Norfolk District Council. He has previously been Company Accountant at Anglia for ten years.
